Walk-Ins
We welcome you to stop by our rug shop during business hours, Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm. Our team is ready to assist you in your rug shopping selection and experience.
Appointments
Appointments are available Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm. If these hours do not suite your needs, we are happy to meet you at your convenience on Sunday or before and after business hours.
In-House Consultations
We know how important it is that your rug perfectly suit your space. At Eighteenth Street, we offer all of our clients free in-house consultations so that we can understand your rug needs at the highest level.
Approvals
Eighteenth Street offers in-home approvals. This allows you to “live” with the rug in your home and determine if it’s the right fit. You can experience the rug at all times of the day to ensure that this is the rug for your home.
Delivery
Our rugs come in all shapes, sizes, and weights. Our team is prepared to assist you place the rugs in your home. We offer free delivery for both purchased rugs and rugs on approval. Ask us about delivery areas when you visit the shop.

An oriental rug is a piece of art and we want to help you maintain its beauty for years to come. We offer helpful tips on cleaning your rug and also provide professional cleaning services specific to the upkeep of fine oriental rugs.
